Projection Welders

The projection welders manufactured by Westken are in-house designed and built to be robust & reliable machines for use in various environments, Westken manufactures projection welders of various sizes and frame formats to suit the client’s requirements. All Westken projection welding machines are water-cooled and use Brass “T” slotted platens. The PA2 & PA3 machines have heavy duty welded frame construction to stop frame deflection during welding. Parts used in our manufacturing process such as air valves, air seals and O rings are freely available thereby keeping maintenance levels low. A full range of welding timers from four stage units to constant current feedback timers will cover virtually all the requirements of our clients.
