Description
This shelf welding system uses 8 tandem pneumatic air cylinders complete with weld heads grouped into pairs. The customer can select four different welding options. Weld and heat control using our “DIGIPAK 1” weld timers. Welding current is achieved with four 36kVA 380v water cooled transformers. To lower electrical consumption the heads are fired in a cascade method. The lower electrode busbar is not water cooled but can be rotated to extended wear life.
