Description
This is our eight head gate welder for steel doors, tables and shelving. The machine is a low production manually operated machine consisting of the following.
1) Laser cut head stock with dropdown door.
2) 220volt Motor with gear box, two 40mm plumber blocks, 40mm shaft and forming bar.
3) Wire guide steel bush, bush clamp and support sub assy.
4) Two bolt on laser cut weaving board supports.
5) 2000mm wooden weaving board.
6) Foot control electric foot switch.
7) Speed control, counter and general electric’s panel.
8) Wire straightener and outrigger arm.
