Description
The nut checkers or verifiers are additional devices that mount onto spot welding machines to ensure the welded nut or stud on the part is present and that the operator cannot use the machine if a nut or stud is not present to be welded. This helps insure the quality of the parts and reduce the possibility of rework later. The unit is fitted into the spotwelding machine and has sensors to detect the welding nut and that the nut has been welded.
