Description
This is our Dual Head Air Operated Brickforce welding machine. The machine will be capable of welding wire of a maximum 2,5mm Diameter for sizes 2 x 150mm or 2 x 75mm or a combination of these. The machine will cycle at one pair of cross wires every three seconds allowing for approximately / estimated 350 rolls in a 9.0 hour shift. The machine system needs two operators to run the system. One operator runs the welding component, take off rolls and cutting, the second operator runs the take up, spooling, loading and unloading of the finished product.
